2 lbs Potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
2 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
Optional: Fresh rosemary or thyme
Optional: Diced onions
Optional: Bell peppers
Optional: Shredded cheese
Wash and scrub the potatoes. Dice into ½-inch cubes.
Place the diced potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately.
