- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch each.
- Set up Breading Stations: In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a second shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Bread the Chicken: Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange in Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook them in batches.
- Air Fry: Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the air fryer chicken nuggets are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Remove the nuggets from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
