2 (6-8 ounce) trout fillets, skin on or off
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Pat the trout fillets dry with a paper towel and remove any stray bones.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the trout fillets in a shallow dish. Pour the garlic butter sauce evenly over the trout. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
