Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and cube your potatoes into even sizes. This is crucial for even cooking.
Mix the Seasoning: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, paprika (if using), and red pepper flakes (if using).
Coat the Potatoes: Add the potato cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic herb mixture. Make sure every piece gets a good dose of flavor!
Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding; you may need to cook them in batches.
Cook: Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Serve: Remove the air fryer garlic herb potatoes from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with extra fresh herbs, if desired.
