Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets (6-8 ounces each, skin-on or skinless)
- Honey
- Soy Sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- Garlic (minced)
- Ginger (freshly grated)
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
- Optional Garnishes: Sesame seeds, chopped green onions, or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the Honey Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Lightly brush or spray the salmon with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Glaze the Salmon: Generously brush the honey glaze over the top and sides of each salmon fillet. Make sure to coat the salmon evenly.
- Air Fry the Salmon: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish and Serve: Carefully remove the salmon fillets from the air fryer basket. Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, or red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
