Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cold mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, and chopped herbs. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form the mashed potato mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
