Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5–2 pounds potatoes (Yukon Gold, Russet, or Red)
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, onion powder, smoked paprika
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut the potatoes into uniform, bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch).
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper. Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Adjust cooking time as needed.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra fresh rosemary, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
