Crispy air fryer rosemary potatoes recipe Easy side dish Flavorful crispy potatoes made simple in your air fryer Fast cooking technique

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.52 pounds potatoes (Yukon Gold, Russet, or Red)
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, onion powder, smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut the potatoes into uniform, bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper. Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Adjust cooking time as needed.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra fresh rosemary, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
