Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Season the Salmon: Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil or avocado oil. Combine seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs) and sprinkle evenly over both sides of the salmon.
- Preheat the Air Fryer (Optional): Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
- Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if using skin-on fillets. Do not overcrowd. Cook in batches if needed.
- Cook Time: Air fry for 8-12 minutes, depending on thickness and desired doneness. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Check for Doneness: The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
- Rest and Serve: Let the salmon rest for a minute or two before serving. Garnish as desired.
