  • Instructions

  • Boil the Potatoes: Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover them with cold water. Add a pinch of salt to the water. Bring the water to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
  • Drain and Cool Slightly: Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them well and let them cool slightly.
  • Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
