Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings, separated at the joints
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This is crucial for achieving crispy skin.
- Mix the Herbs and Seasonings: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Wings: Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the herb mixture. Make sure every nook and cranny gets some love.
- Air Fry the Wings: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches.
- Cook the Wings: Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Remove the wings from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with extra fresh herbs, if desired.
